Distance Education for Africa: Using a Proven Distance Education Model to Create Lasting Economic Impact: An overview of the pedagogical basis using the Community of Inquiry (CoI) approach to the African Scholarship program with data on outcomes and lots of participant stories with photos. This program is designed to create lasting economic impact and promote gender equity through education in Africa. There have been over 33,000 scholarship recipients reaching learners in every country across the continent.


African Business Case Study Handbook, volume 1: Case studies written by participants in the African Scholarship program. These case studies use common tools such as Porter's Five Forces and SWOT Analysis to evaluate regional, national, and international businesses. Case studies in this volume include Safaricom, Sefalana Holdings, Kenya Airlines, HomeLink, Twiga Foods, Uniwax, Kiki Clothing, MTN Ghana, and WPP Scangroup.
